These two met us in Atlanta for their e-session this past weekend and we had a great time freezing our buns off. Temps were in the mid 40’s with gusts of wind and somehow Mary rocked the dress and was still smiling during the entire process. I believe the High Museum was designed by Damien’s favorite architect, so it was doubly awesome photographing there.
I really loved the challenge of photographing in the “big city” for their Atlanta engagement session. Who knows, I may call Atlanta home some day so it was a good time for me as well ;). Their wedding is taking place in Florida this spring, so stay tuned for that. My awesome friend Jennifer of Shoppe3130 (etsy page) made the hearts for this shoot. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner it seemed appropriate.
p.s. I love finding out what the groom enjoys, as it really gets them involved in the session.
p.s.s. A week prior to their session, I was up there scouting the area. I hope you enjoy some of the photos at the bottom.

Andy, these photos look great! You and Jane were so much fun to work with – I can’t wait for the wedding…mostly for the pictures!
Thanks Mary! It was a lot of fun meeting up and making these pictures for the two of you!

Love the wide trees shot as well as the walk-way shot inside the High. Great photos.
Yessir. I was so excited I had to edit them ASAP.
Atlanta isn’t so bad afterall for photoshoots 🙂
